UNITY SPACE The opening is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The opening may be delayed due to construction work; we will provide new tenants with full details on an individual basis as soon as we are aware of any changes.
At UNITY SPACE, we give priority to companies wishing to rent an entire floor, but where possible, we will also offer part of a floor to suit your needs. Each case is assessed on an individual basis.
The tenancy agreement is signed for a term of 4 years or more. If you are interested in other options, please contact us using the details provided at the bottom of the website.
Parking spaces are allocated at a ratio of 1:50 – one parking space for every 50 square metres of office space. Additional parking spaces are available for an extra charge.
Tenants are charged for charging electric vehicles based on the actual amount of electricity charged – payment is made per kWh consumed. Each user pays only for the charging of their own car.
No, the outdoor terrace is only accessible during the warmer months, but depending on the weather, it may remain open all year round.
